2. Registrierung & Account
Für die Nutzung von FAYOMIS ist eine Registrierung erforderlich.
- Sie müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein
- Sie müssen korrekte Daten angeben
- Sie sind für die Sicherheit Ihres Accounts verantwortlich
- Ein Account darf nicht geteilt werden
3. Leistungen
FAYOMIS bietet folgende Funktionen:
- KI-gestützte Content-Erstellung
- Social Media Post-Planung
- Verbindung mit Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Automatische Veröffentlichung
Hinweis: Die Verfügbarkeit von Drittanbieter-Diensten (Meta, LinkedIn) liegt außerhalb unserer Kontrolle.
4. Nutzerpflichten
Bei der Nutzung von FAYOMIS verpflichten Sie sich:
- Keine rechtswidrigen Inhalte zu veröffentlichen
- Die Nutzungsbedingungen der verbundenen Plattformen einzuhalten
- Keine Spam- oder Automatisierungsregeln zu verletzen
- Die Rechte Dritter zu respektieren
5. Haftung
FAYOMIS haftet nicht für:
- Ausfälle von Drittanbieter-APIs
- Inhalt der von Nutzern erstellten Posts
- Schäden durch unsachgemäße Nutzung
- Entgangene Gewinne oder indirekte Schäden
6. Kündigung
Sie können Ihren Account jederzeit löschen. Nach der Kündigung:
- Werden alle Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen gelöscht
- Geplante Posts werden nicht mehr veröffentlicht
- Verbindungen zu sozialen Netzwerken werden getrennt
7. Änderungen der AGB
Wir können diese Bedingungen ändern. Bei wesentlichen Änderungen werden Sie per E-Mail informiert.
8. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Deutschland.

Note: The availability of third-party services (Meta, LinkedIn) is beyond our control.
4. User Obligations
When using FAYOMIS, you agree to:
- Not publish illegal content
- Comply with the terms of connected platforms
- Not violate spam or automation rules
- Respect the rights of third parties
5. Liability
FAYOMIS is not liable for:
- Third-party API outages
- Content of user-created posts
- Damages from improper use
- Lost profits or indirect damages
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. After termination:
- All data will be deleted within 30 days
- Scheduled posts will not be published
- Social network connections will be disconnected
7. Changes to Terms
We may change these terms. You will be notified by email of significant changes.
8. Applicable Law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
